He began his real estate career working in 1984 with DENVER BUSINESS BROKERS, where he excelled in listing and selling numerous small businesses, commercial properties, and raw land for development. Working in 1992 with MIDWEST REAL ESTATE, located in Hyde Park Chicago where he managed several apartment buildings in addition to developing several properties on the south side under a limited partnership.
2006 HK Hall formed Brother Uno Real Estate which performed and closed many transactions working with HUD properties and assisting first-time buyers to purchase and gain ownership. The company has now partnered with other developers as we have 2 projects that are being considered for funding at this point and time. Our team is prepared to find you a single-family home, condominium, office space and is open to partner with the proper firm in developing new mixed-use facilities in Chicago and elsewhere where our expertise and vision are required.
